Stated as an international role model for living and working, Singapore’s green architectural icon, Marina One, designed by Ingenhoven Architects is a mixed-use multi-residential complex in the heart of Marina Bay’s financial district.

To assist Singapore’s booming population, the
luxurious Marina One comprises two 34-storey towers, totalling 1,042 apartments that can accommodate up to 3000 residents.
A total of 418 studio and one-bedroom apartments have Brio’s Pivotfold 75 hardware for interior folding applications. This high-density building is built upon space-saving dynamics; therefore, it is important to utilize the floor space well.

Pivotfold 75 allows a versatile room divider to
maximise space and create privacy. Installed by Hyundai Engineering & Construction CO, large openings of up to 4.2m wide separates the bedroom from the combined living and dining room area.

Also doubling as a partition wall, it is easy to operate, gliding smoothly with every slide. Brio’s Pivotfold 75 is a solution to versatile space
